Our beautiful bamboo pizza peel has been crafted by Black Rock Grill specifically for the pizza lovers and bakers for home use and professional. The 45cm x 34cm / 17.7" x 13.3" bamboo peel can be used for pizzas, bread, pies, cakes, biscuits, it makes a great chopping board and serving board as well. Very multi purpose!

Care Instructions:
- Wipe the board with a warm damp cloth to remove any excess food or crumbs. (Do not soak the peel in water as this may cause cracking or warping, Not dishwasher safe)
- Dry thoroughly before storing away
- We recommend you re oil your peel every 6 months with a food safe wood oil. Rub in with a soft cloth making sure the peel is dry before applying.
